F2p was the final nail in the coffin and all the useless junk like hats didn't help. If they want F2P CS they should put CS Online or whatever it was called onto Steam and milk the crap out of it with all kinds of unbalanced weapons and hats and junk just leave the game I paid for alone. That said if done right this new update might be cool assuredly though the items you get won't be based on skill so much as idling/mercantilism/playtime. Even than its just going to ruin competative like with TF2 because Valve won't stop.
